10. Joe Lieberman's viability has a shelf-life....
...of about a year and a half. After the 2008 elections, even the ReThugs realize that a major shift in representation is most likely to occur. Thus, his use as a wedge in the cobbled together "Senate majority" will have lost its cache'.

And depending upon the extent of the revulsion that Americans have by this time, it could sweep in a substantial enough majority to where he could be reduced to utter irrelevancy. Then the people of Connecticut who chose him over the Nedney the Democratic primary winner, will then begin to reap what they've sown.

And so will Joe. Karma can be a bitch....
