25. Mind if I call you on your bullshit?
What has been ADMITTED TO is enough to file impeachment. Violating the constitution; violating international laws; eliminating Habeas. And that is just a start - imagine the evidence that will come out in hearings - outing a CIA officer for political purposes (there is a law against that); firing of federal attorneys for political purposes (if not strictly illegal, certainly unethical); vote rigging.

BTW, Nixon was not weak. He was reelected to office by the largest landslide in US history. He didn't resign because he was weak. He resigned because he was guilty. By resigning, he could control the process, which he did very well, guaranteeing the rise of his proteges in later administrations.

And Bush/Cheney are guilty of more than Nixon ever dreamed of.

For someone who comes to the internet to get informed, you are remarkably uninformed about Bushco's crimes. As the evidence comes out in the hearings we will get those 67 votes - assuming there are no preemptive resignations this time. And even if we don't, the record will be there, and the recalcitrant senators will have to stand by them in the next election. Either way, they lose.
