It seems like a lot of people are jumping to conclusions without getting the facts. Like I said, if he is standing at his door and flaunting it while watching the guards, etc, then he deserves to get busted for indecent exposure. How would DU'ers like it if someobody just stood and stared at them - masturbating away - while they were only trying to do their job.
I sincerely doubt that if this guy had been even remotely discreet that they would have taken such action.
