But is this new for this bunch? They act as if they are above the law, they show no regard for it....everyone gets outraged, there are hearings...we blog it all day long - but there they all still are. Nothing happens.

so, either Gonzo is feeling quite covered by the teflon coating, or he does have a shred of dignity as a person, but realizes that he hooked his cart to a bunch of losers...dangerous ones.

My vote is for the former. Just can't give him a millimeter of credit for any humanity at all, after watching that performance. If I were Schumer, I would have lept out of my seat and strangled Gonzo. and Leahy was smoldering at the end.

But - again - will anything come of this? we are having our own boy who cried wolf syndrome - expecting anything to change!
