160. That's what I was thinking - Impeach Gonzales
As it is, the White House is likely to win an executive privilege claim if this goes to the courts. To overcome the privilege, Congress must show a valid legislative need for information. If the need is to pass legislation, the court has said full knowledge of facts of a prior event isn't necessary to legislate. Congress could claim oversight needs, but from the cases I've read so far that doesn't seem like that's enough to overcome the privilege.

Impeachment is the king valid legislative purpose. Facts about a prior event, the White House role in the firings, would be essential to an impeachment inquiry for Gonzales.

On top of that, Gonzales deserves to be impeached. Gonzales already told lots of lies under oath. Very few Republicans would defend him. The public would not sympathize with Bush for protecting a perjurer. And best of all, impeaching Gonzales might get some media attention brought to Bush's war against our constitution.

Bush would likely overplay his hand at some point and get himself impeached.
