We're spending billions on this so-called "war", our prisons are overflowing, and this piece of shit drug czar (why do we even have anyone with the title of czar in our government? Sounds way too imperialistic to me) isn't helping anything.
Marijuana hasn't killed anybody. FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACT!!!!!!!!!!
This drug czar can take those words and shove them right up his big fat ass.
