Turn off ALL of your computer components at night. Shut down entirely. I read the stats on how much energy we use by leaving computers on 24/7 in this country and the amont of pollution we could stop is staggering. I would be willing to bet alot of you leave things like printers on when you are not using them for days on end...It wastes energy,,,shut down ALL components every night please...The air you clean up, might be your own!

GO METS!

One more thing, if you use more then 1/4 sheet of TP, I am reporting you to Cheryl Crow immediately...You best watch out!

You could also check to be sure you have power profile set to energy star...If you do that computer will toggle up to full power mode when nessesary and run on less consumption when you are just on one or two apps. If anyone wants the info how, I will post it! I do that and cannot notice any difference in performance, but save energy.
