Presidential candidate's opinion on this specific case. Obama's on the record as opposing a pardon for Libby.

Additionally, Libby had ceased representing Rich in early 2000 and was not involved in the pardon application. Jack Quinn, a former Clinton White House counsel, represented Rich in the pardon application.

Among others, Denise Rich, Clinton supporter and big Dem contributor, asked for the pardon of her ex-husband.
