Those who want to believe Fux and their shit will see and hear that the ACORN spokesman "did not answer" her question. Not even the physical evidence (the tape) will dissuade them from their faith-based ideology.

They must be shut down. And since Murdoch is too rich to be affected and the network is too powerful, the only targets remaining are the men and women who spew the lies.

Make them afraid to go on the tube and lie. Make them suffer consequences personally for their actions. Shut them up for good. When they replace one talking head with another, shut them up as well.

The first amendment does not give free rein for all speech. If you say that they must be allowed to lie without consequences under some "free speech" bullshit, I would say they are yelling fire in a crowded theater and this particular speech is not protected.
