15. It's very hard to listen and not look like you're doing it.
Some telltale signs would be that her eyes will look down and to the side as she listens. awkward pauses, etc. Think about what you do when you are trying to listen to something with no visual cue such as a TV screen or person right in front of you. If someone started to talk to you while trying to listen, you'd shush them with your hand and your eyes go to the place with the least amount of stimuli (many times, the ground) so that your brain can focus in on the auditory portion. That's what I'd look for.
