This kid was wrong in everything he did. How many times have we seen videos similar to this one end up in a shootout? The cop has no way of knowing the kids intentions and does not have the luxury of screwing around with a potentially deadly situation like this.
The kid should be charge with resisting arrest, as far as I'm concerned.

Sorry, wrong video. I just got through arguing about the kid in Utah who got tazed and assumed this was the same video. This cop was a jerk and appeared to be in the wrong.
