Why did Shuster accept the idea that it was worse for the Times to publish the ad? That ad was paid for. Nothing prohibits someone else from buying a competing ad.
Radio stations broadcast on public air waves - OUR air waves - how dare Limbaugh and the other RW nuts misuse the public trust in this way.
Also, why do they accept Limbaugh's assertion that the phrase came from a caller? He's a drug-addled gasbag and not credible by any means.
