As you mentioned, there are laws in Britain about impartiality and accuracy in news reporting. Therefore, Sky News cannot be anything like Faux "news" (BTW it is called Faux here for a very good reason, it's FAKE news). In fact, Britain cannot have any "version" of Faux "news" on TV.
