This woman was having a fit alright. It's the sort of thing that Pentacostals do in church. At least the one's I've seen.
Perhaps they'll screen those who give the benediction in the future. They must be of sound mind at the very least. Sad that the Uni president vetoed the faculty decision to remove prayer from future commencements.
