just for the sake of argument let's assume that things have cooled off in Anbar province. Things are still going haywire in Baghdad! You put out a fire over here and another fire springs up over there. The reason that this keeps happening is because the whole country is flammable! These war hawks never seem to understand that there will always be violence as long as there is something to fight for. How many insurgents/terrorists/al-Qaeda operatives can we kill? Without political stability we'll never get peace.
