19. Petreaus is no great general

People don't remember that 3.5 years ago there was this refrain of "Oh, David Petreaus is training the Iraqi army. As soon as they stand up, we'll stand down."

How did that turn out?

There was -exactly- the same Petraus mantra at that time.

I don't know much about Petreaus but I would guess he is just the biggest sell-out among the 4 star generals.

It was pathetic to hear Graham going "Petreaus, Petreaus, Petreaus".
