all we do is publish the evidence of the crimes, but don't prosecute the criminals.
The is the point that is being lost in this debate. The question is not if waterboarding is torture. Obviously it is. The question is not if pictures of our abuses enrage people. Of course they do.
The question is, what are we gonna do about it?
And if Obama's answer is "nothing", THAT is what endangers America and our troops.
