Andy Barr of the Al Franken Campaign explains how Senator Norm Coleman's campaign went to court on Saturday to stop the counting of not just 32 absentee ballots in Ramsey County Court, but also ALL ballots in the state of Minnesota.

At the time of the suit, Coleman was leading Franken by a little more than 200 votes which will trigger an automatic recount after the state canvassing board meets later this month. The suit was dismissed.

"Make no mistake, the Coleman campaign attempted to evade established legal proceedings on a Saturday morning in an effort to stop the counting of legally cast ballots across the state."
