They love to repeat and repeat that we have freedom of the press; and that the press is the guardian of our rights.
Republicans especially like to deride the press while touting our freedoms and rights. They never let up on "the press" and how mean and horrible and critical the press is -- to them.
But... they were all complicit in this sham.
What? If she got elected would it be "our little secret"? Laughing behind closed doors that they all -- press and GOP -- pulled one over on those stupid liberals?
Talk about "Gotcha Journalism"!

They are right -- but they need to get it right. We do have "freedom of the press" -- but with that freedom, as with all the other freedoms, comes deep responsibility.

Who held this story? Who made the decision to tell it now?
