The prosecutor is only passing this to the grand jury so he won't be tarred when he can't bring a case because there are no actionable charges.

Yes sir, I'm DAMNED glad this is going to the grand jury.

And when they return a no bill, I'll start the 1,000th thread on Cynthia McKinney in your honor.
