12. Watching Bush clap when Carter said that Katrina made plain
that there are not yet equal opportunities for all Americans was absolutely jaw dropping awesome.

Caught in the unfriendly confines of a crowd he could not control, he acquiesced to the power of the truth. Once...just this once. I know he didn't mean it. But Carter forced Bush to face his demon. And that is worth "3 million yankee votes" to me.
