4. true, true. The web makes the difference
We are more connected to the events and can make changes. Things can move in an hour from the first glimpse to a full fact list. It always amazes me how the info is so quickly tracked down and assembled and figured out in no time. Like the secret senators who put a hold on legislation. The web broke that and who they were.
