Currently, a non-white more likely would win than a female. Men still far outnumber women in holding high-profile positions. (Governorships, very high-ranking military ranks, political offices, etc.) Condisleeza wouldn't win, ever. And Madeline can't run.
As time passes, though, the chances a female should equal to any given non-white.

... I don't think I made a lick of sense...
