154. If someone won the lottery at age 25
would they have to be employed? Why?

I know people who retired in their 30's. There is nothing that says people have to be employed. It seems that our society celebrates those who are not - or who have the "fun" jobs, anyway.

Sure it's nice if people are "contributing members of society"- but I think it's a hell of lot better for someone who does not need to work to do nothing than it is for someone who already has plenty of money to sit around "working" (exploiting others is more like it) - where "working" amounts to figuring out how to get other people to do all the dirty work - while the so-called worker golfs or some other nonsense.

The people who really are "contributing to society" are usually paid shit or less. Maybe the Bush twins have figured that out.
