Who are we to judge other people's desires to engage in wife-beating? After all, she said herself in the video that she made the "choice" not to leave. She probably liked it while it was happening. Having a husband who was so concerned about her moral character probably made her feel safe and cared about. There's even a certain nobility in bruises. So, I think everyone criticizing this man should be a little more tolerant of other people's belief systems. Who are we, educated priviledged people with marriages nothing like this one, to judge anyone else? We should just mind our own business. That's the right thing to do.
