suburb for. It's not a monsterhouse, though. It DOES have a monster backyard. With a huge unused park behind it. And a bayou. And pecan & "live oaks" (as opposed to a dead oak? WTH? )dripping with spanish moss. Do I love it? HELL YES. It's not a SugarLand-proper addy, either -- don't have to wear lipstick to the gas station. United Nations neighborhood, too, which makes it more fun & really interesting. This week my 7th grader had 3 subs in school (Oct flu going around)-- one Nigerian man ("In a dress, Mom!" LOL) a Navajo woman, and one who couldn't go to lunch because of Ramadan. The Mister & I know that all this worldly exposure is extremely beneficial for our children...and for us, too.

In fact, I'm up in that top window RIGHT now (the neighbors call it my "perch"), windows open (73 here), listening to the birds and thinking of looking for that goofy woodpecker I hear chirping out back.

Life is so, so sweet.
