10. how much was the doctor's ACTUAL cost for the vaccine - after markup?
And how much is the PHARMA charging for it?

Too often we get saddled with exhorbitant prices that the doctors *guilt* us into paying. I'd like to see what his actual cost is per unit. I'd also like to know what the Pharma company is charging for it.

$800 for two shots is OBSCENE.
