Reply #23: It's true. This reminds me of a pathological liar I knew.

Very interesting person, but had no distinction between lies and reality. It was all the same to him. He was very intelligent, but in addition to being a pathological liar he had no empathy or humor, and my spidey sense eventually made me afraid to be around him. No real reason, but I couldn't trust anything about him.
I found out he had been in an accident when he was a kid and his frontal lobe was damaged and I wondered if he was a different person before the accident of if he'd had this problem.
I would love to have seen a scan of his brain while he was in action.
PS he was a very conservative republican although at the time I didn't draw a correlation. ;)
