With that said, I do not believe that he id down by 15 points. Still, the fact that Arnie is stuck in the mid forties is evidence that the Demcratic base still is very unsure of Phil. That is quite sad because Arnie is just acting like a moderate becaue there is an election. Come January he will be up to his old tricks again.

Arnie's "flashy bill signing ceremonies" are just sickening. Sadly enough, this showsmanship seems to be working.
