4. Yes it is but some come from the people.
Our Governor of Maine was just a regular guy and he was in Congress. I know two people who have met him and he even e-mails my daughter when she wanted to talk to him about something in her job. He was interested in both these peoples problems. Sanders of Vt. is a lot like that also. Andrews of Maine has moved on to the Concord group and he was always a every day person. Rudman was also. Some are really interested in people.
