Mr. Kurman,

Hurricane Andrew formed on Formed August 16, 1992 and dissipated August 28, 1992. President Clinton was not elected until later that year and did not take office until January 20, 1993. How was Clinton, as Governor of Arkansas and Democratic nominee for President at the time, responsible for the incompetence that surrounded the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew?

Perhaps your anger should be directed at a different member of the Bush family, President George H.W. Bush, who was too busy running for re-election at the time to help the people of Florida, much like his son was too busy enjoying his 5 week vacation to do anything to help the people of the Gulf Coast.
