68. The Bekaa runs quite a ways,
but I'm afraid I have to say that the two stories are either about different attacks, or one is hopeless inaccurate.

Chtaura is about 1.5 miles SW of Zahle, maybe 35 miles from Marjayun.

Don't know what the Israelis were shooting at. I'm not disposed to assume that every civilian they kill was done so they can extract the blood for the rituals, or even just because they enjoy seeing Arabs killed, so I figure there may well be a reasonable explanation. But yours isn't it.
