16. Bush can't get to the point and stumbles over trivial details
It reminds me of that Woody Allen movie 'Take The Money And Run' where a TV reporter is asking a former friend of Woody how he came to take of photo of Woody's capture and arrest. One guy goes on and on about taking his pants to the cleaners and what he had for breakfast that morning but just can't seem to get to the point. From the Woody Allen screenplay:

"...You see, as a matter of fact, I just brought my pants into the cleaners and I was sorta angry with 'em. Because last time I brought 'em in I asked 'em to sew a button on it and they hadn't.

Could you get to the point?

Oh yes, well... I'll tell you exactly what happened this morning, uh, with me... and about the camera. Well, back to this thing with which I became known, mainly because of what had happened and I happened to have the camera. I was having breakfast in the morning. I think it was two fried eggs, a toast, I don't know if it was orange juice or grape fruit... but I remember I had a juice... I don't remember what it was. But at that time... - it was orange juice... that's right!

Can you get to the point!

In fact, I got 'em right here. I'd like to show them to you. " (referring to his pants)
