What pckelly is proposing is something that we need to look at logically. It has to be done in the real world with the members all meeting to put themselves on the line and sign their names again just like our forefathers did. No online pettitions real, paper ones delivered by hand to our representatives. We would need whole states to delcare secession from the union and a statewide refusals to pay federal taxes. State national guards would need to be ordered by the governors to protect the borders from federal troops which I imagine would be along directly. If we truly believe that all legal recourse is exhausted then we need to study our history and starkly face what sacrifices will be necessary to save our nation. Also it would probably be a good thing to find some financial backers because this "new congress" would need some legal help and probably money to live if they had to go underground.
