No one ever addresses that. Let Wal-mart try to run a store without an educated workforce. Let the Stock Market run without a Securities and Exchange Commission. Let BP deliver fuel without an interstate highway system.

Those are just a few examples of things that the wealthiest Americans have provided by "taxes" that they benefit from the most.
