83. Bartha emailed his political manifesto at 6am
and performed his suicide/explosion around 8:30am. His own lawyer, Garr, called the police after reviewing the email which was also sent to politicians and MSM newsreaders:

It was Garr who originally alerted the police. He explained: "What happened was Dr. Bartha sent me his 14-page rambling gobbledygook e-mail, the same one he sent to Pataki, Brit Hume, his ex-wife and children and a dozen others, at 6:30 that morning. But I haven't represented him for a year. I came into the office at 9, just as one of my associates ran in to say, 'It's Dr. Bartha's building that just blew up.' Then I read this e-mail and I called the police."

Here is the CIA's definition of terrorism:

The Intelligence Community is guided by the definition of terrorism contained in Title 22 of the US Code, Section 2656f(d):

—The term “terrorism” means premeditated, politically motivated violence perpetrated against noncombatant targets by subnational groups or clandestine agents, usually intended to influence an audience.

I think Bartha's actions fit that definition.
