Depleted Uranium (DU) exposure from tank-piercing bullets and armored tanks used in Gulf War and in the Iraq War.
Her name is Safaa - "8-year old Safaa at the entrance to Mansool Children's Hospital. She was leaving because they had run out of medicine. As a side effect of the anti-cancer medication she was taking to treat her leukemia, she had lost all of her hair."  She was still alive in June 2003 after the unprovoked US attack on unarmed Iraq http://www.chimerafilms.co.uk/children6.html#safaa Did you read that she had died since?
