the electoral process. doesn't look like anything can affect this one coming up, and he might be able to get away with some in between 11/06 and sometime before the 08 elections

I think some of the vulnerable ones have bad news for him, criminally, just as Weinberger, etal, did on poppy, so he's going to HAVE to pardon some of the creeps to save his own skin. whether he cares more about that than what happens to his successors is a question only he knows the answer to
