2. If all abortions are banned except in case of rape....
will we see an increase in rape allegations by women seeking abortions? Will the abortion only be allowed with a police report? Many women do not go to the police after a rape - would they be out of luck?
What if someone is charged with rape, but later found not guilty. Would the abortion be 'on hold' until the trial is over? Or would the woman be allowed an abortion, but later charged with a crime for having one becasue the rape trial found the defendant not guilty?
