4. This is what I think too, cali
There is growing unrest among Republicans (and here, I'm referring mostly to Jane and John Everyperson), as well as an increasing number of Democrats (though lots of us have had the Cabal's number from the start). The country was pretty much 50/50 in 2000 and 2004; thus stealing elections was easier. I don't think it will be so easy this time.

Do I think the Cabal will try whatever they can to stay in office? Yep, I do. I don't put anything past them. But as you said, cali, this election is about a mandate for change, because people are not liking what's going on, and I think by November the demand for change will be even stronger than it is now. No one party should have control of all branches of government, be it the Republicans, the Democrats, or any other party. We know what happens when only one party has power -- checks and balances go out the window, which is not good for this country nor for her people.
