11. It's pretty easy - he's the real-life equivalent of Mr. Burns
A rich, arrogant asshole who does whatever he damn well feels like. Sticking the guard dogs (read: the media) out to whoever seeks his aid or questions his abilities. Of course, he's surrounded by hired goons and yes men who dare not question his power, which enables him to get away with all the evil shit he does on a daily basis. No matter how hard people have tried, they just cant seem to remove him from power.
