One poor delusional person thinks the reason the budget is out of control is...are you ready...even though the Cons control Congress, this is a LEFTIST congress, and there are too many liberal Cons in it. It's also because of all of the huge increases in spending for things like Medicare, and other social programs. They really do live in another world, don't they?
