Your Input on crating a hand card/lit drop off piece

The feedback I have received from DU'ers has been first rate.

I'd like to get your input for a piece for our US Senate raxe in RI.

It will be targetting Democrat primary voters.

REMEMBER THIS IS YOUR FEDERAL SEAT AND YOUR THOUGHTS COUNT!

Overall Background would be the Constitution with We the People showing

Carl SHEELER…A working United States Senator
“of, for and by the people of RI” Head shot w/RI & US Flag
Family Man & US Marine Vet.
Democratic Party “Outsider”
Business Owner & Educator
I’m running because I’m fed up with….

Plastic politicians who have broken their promises to
our middle class families, our children and our seniors.

Bought and paid for politicians who place special interest
access above their duty of public service.

Weak politicians who are more worried about their
incumbency than talking straight to everyday folks.

I’m going to win because….

Voters like you want Democrats, not aristocrats.

I’m a fighter. (Impeach Bush – Anti-War Advocate).

Rhode Islanders are fed up with insider politicians.

I’m an honest, middle-class, people person.

May I have your support?

Please help by contacting people you know.

Sport your support with lawn sign or bumper sticker.

Write a letter to editor or call in to the radio.

Mark your calendar. September 12th primaries!!!!

“Common sense solutions to real world issues”

OUR Rhode Island FAMILIES FIRST Constitutional Covenant

- End the Iraq War & the millionaire/large corporation tax rip-offs
If we used these hundreds of billions of dollars and invested them in our
communities and cutting edge technologies like stem cell research (bio-tech)
and alternative energy, we'd have more jobs and a cleaner environment.

- Promote quality public education, not more property tax increases
My wife and I have five kids and double-digit property tax increases with
two college age kids. Our Congress must allocate more funding for K –
College. Initiating a federal lottery would help relieve cost.

-Healthcare is a national imperative for our families, young and seniors
Our family spends $13,000 annually on healthcare insurance premiums. In RI
and elsewhere it’s an unacceptable “have and have not” issue. We need leaders
fighting for the public, not for insurance and pharmaceutical lobbyists.

- Promises kept community initiatives
Our elected officials must become accessible to everyday people, maintain a
culturally diverse staff and end “double speak”. If equality and rights were a
mandate, we could focus on the needs of all Americans, not just a few.

Suggestions, Comments, Concerns or Support….
