16. first draft
Back in the 90's the Republican led congress investigated every move Clinton made. They impeached him over a private, civil matter, but now that their man is in charge they are silent. Bush came out and admitted he has broken the law against warrant-less wire taps and vowed to continue breaking the law. He lied us into a war that has killed tens of thousands of people, drained our treasury, divided our nation, waged class warfare against the poor and middle class, and turned much of the world against us.

Where is our congress? Why aren't they standing up to this man who has said that a "dictatorship would be a heck of a lot easier" then went about grabbing more and more power away from congress and the courts? Aren't his actions more damaging to our nation than lying about sex?

Is congress afraid of him, or are they in agreement that a dictatorship would be a heck of a lot easier?

(this last line will probably be deleted or changed)
We must demand our representatives make a choice between King George or our constitution. They are either with us or against us.
