Eerily Quiet On The Rightwing "Blogosphere" Front

It is a kind of guilty pleasure I know, but I love to mix it up with the rightwing nuts on some of the more colorful reactionary sites. And there are quite a few like me who enjoy doing that sort of thing. Some of these sites have been literally taken over from their beleaguered hosts by highly energized blog warriors of our very righteous cause. Two of my favorites to shell, Balloon Juice and Scrutator, have pretty much been dominated these last few months by some pretty fine examples of pissed off Democrats.

But as of late I've been noticing that some of them just aren't nearly as active as they used to be. Days go by without any new topic postings, and when they are finally made the regular rightwing nuts hardly participate.

My question: Has the stake finally been driven into the vampire's heart? Is Drac now slowly sinking back into his pinebox woodwork?

Seems almost too good too be true. But as far as I can see the anecdotal evidence is there.
