19. Not flaming, but informing
Nowhere in the Qur'an does it say it is a Muslim's duty to "kill infidels". That's the part of the email I find most offensive. The Qur'an says you only fight someone if they forbid you from practicing your faith, that you are to stop fighting when you have that right, that you are to treat captives with kindness, that you are forbidden from killing innocents, and are also forbidden from destroying their property. The Beloved Prophet (pbuh) had attempts on his life several times when he first tried to explain to the pagan Arabs about the Unity of God. He did not retaliate in any way; the Muslims only fought the pagans when they were driven from Mecca and were on the point of starvation!

BTW, we Muslims submit only to God-so it is a misnomer to call us Mohammedans, for we don't worship the Beloved Prophet; he was a human, not divine.
