Look at the photos of this beautiful place. With the spacious approaching avenues, reflecting pool and generally large open areas all around it, there's no way Bubble Boy could have it sufficiently fortified to his required level of isolation, short of placing embankments of anti-aircraft missiles around it, and encircling it with multiple layers of heavily armed personnel. I'm sure the Indians would never allow such an obscene defacement of this international symbol of love.
