11. One should not have to be an opponent of the death penalty to be alarmed
This is about the due process that these "suspects" are being denied. It doesn't matter what sentence any defendant receives; if he is tried before one of Bush's kangaroo courts without being able to challenge the evidence against him (which may be classified) or witnesses or present witnesses on his own behalf, then it is a violation of the defendant's human rights.

There are more war crimes and crimes against humanity taking place in the so-called war on terror than what took place on September 11; Osama is not responsible for all of them.

Bush and his aides cannot be trusted to tell us the truth about why we go to war. As governor of Texas, Bush demonstrated that he has a very low bar about what constitutes a fair trail. This man is not to be trusted with justice and human rights.

If any detainee at Guantánamo is sentenced to even a day in a county jail by one of Mr. Bush's courts, it is only one more charge which should be brought against Mr. Bush and other members of his regime in a special tribunal for war crimes in Iraq and crimes against humanity arising out of the so-called war on terror.
