52. Got that right.

I dig the 'DC Burning' and 'truth unearthed' imagery of the OP, and H2O Man gets a deluxe poetic license from me.

But that movie is way off on the wrong foot, with FBI heroics that never happened - sometimes quite the contrary in fact. And the real heroes, the local people and the workers, get treated like cardboard props, etc.

For a remedy, to see what it was really like then, I very highly recommend Danny Glover's Freedom Song.
