Mora's response, after being summoned to Rumsfeld's office for a meeting with the civillian leadership of the millitary:

Rumsfeld’s signature gave it the weight of a military order." The way I read it, nevermind getting him over to the Hague, Rummy is guilty of a felony within our own military establishment -- or in other words, Rummy, bend over and pick up the soap, you old haggard bitch.
